And yet, Carew was our top scorer last season.

And was injured for much of it!

Ring rust. Thats all it was. He often has a knack of converting rare chances for us. He's always been reliable in nicking us a goal.

I can seeing him banging a couple in against Vienna and Newcastle now. His overall play on saturday, finishing aside, was superb.

Agreed.   However, I think he needs to add a string to his bow, as the old casual side-heel flick at the ball across the face of goal is getting a little old.

Been at a wedding all weekend but that cheered me up and managed to catch the first half on football first.

Breath of fresh air to seeing a bit of variety in our play and keeping it mostly on the ground. Great to see Albrighton do so well, most exicted by Clark who I think is potentially outstanding.

Gabby still the best forward for the lone role imo.
