I reckon Klinsmann till the end of the season and then Randy will re-assess it next Summer.

I also reckon he's a terrible manager, but there's no doubt he'd lift spirits around the place and we don't have much choice at the moment.

When has Sven done a bad job?

His signings at Man City were bloody awful.

Is it correct that BL and JG had no premier league/top division or European managerial experience when appointed?

Brian had just bought Leicester up. John was one of his assistants. John left to manage Wycombe, and then took over when Brian had had enough.

Before I make the next suggestion I will add the disclaimer that I'm just throwing ideas in the air....

If Bradley came to Villa, would people be more confident if he came with Klinsmann?

Out of all the names mentioned I've concluded Bilic is far and away my first choice.

Klinsmann I don't rate as a manager, but on a one year deal I'd be happy enough as he'd raise the spirits round the place.

I'd also make do with Jol, but I don't think he'd be the long term man.

No, 2 men with little relevant experience is worse than 1.

Talksport have said that Southgate has ruled himself out of the running and also that MON may replace Hughton at Newcastle!
