Am I at the top of the list in everyone's view, or just mine?   

If it was just my view I could understand that, however, the rest of the list is not in alphabeitcal order so I'm not sure what's going on?

No idea on the colour thing, unless it's the 'naughty list' - I see Chris Smith is in yellow ;-)
