Can't see young being sold as well even though he is a tottenham fan, I've no doubt given the chance to go there he would, but just can't see randy selling all the crown jewels.

As for mons apparent threat to resign if he was sold, well I can't see being sold but please don't let that stop you resigning mon!

Just seen skys paper review with main item being martin o neills threat to quit as on back page of Sunday mirror.

The reason money is tight is his own fault for wasting many millions on overpaid underused players who can't even get a kick-take a look in the mirror o neill and see who is to blame.

Morning Craig and Welcome to H&V.
Here goes:
MON will resign later today
Harry will sign Milner, Young and Gabby first thing  Monday.
Randy will hire Sven Goran Eriksson
Blackpool have made a bid for Emile. He will be useful on the beach.
That's about it.

Worth a punt?

Stoke are lining up a £4m-raid on Portsmouth for Ghanaian midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng.

Anybody reckon this Spurs story is O'Neill asking Harry to do him a favour by making Citeh crack on with a good offer?

Martin tells him we'll take Keane and Bentley off his hands and he gets one of his cronies in the media to drop a story like this? We might not like him, but Martin and Harry have been in the game a very long time after all.

What, so that he could become the next Sidwell sitting on the bench on a £40k a week salary and 2 years down the line be joining the 'famous 6' or was it 7.

I know there are very few players available but we must start looking for improvements on what we have in the 1st team if we still want to progress.

Martin on the 6th floor of the book depositry and 'arry on the grassy knoll, with his lad in his hand?

Maybe, but sounds a bit too convoluted for me.

Most definitely, he would add some much needed attacking quality and at that price he'd be a steal and we should be in for him.

No he isn't. He's an Arsenal fan.

Not that professional footballers tend to really support any club.

I don't know, a guarantee that we'll put £14 million into his war chest for some levearage on the press isn't that far feteched.

I'd say he's a cut above Soldwell, he's a non stop runner and is quite skilful.
The work rate angle would appeal to MON, I would imagine.

He's twice the player Sidwell is.

That's not hard, admittedly.

Probably a better allround player than NRC too.
