Barcelona's Alexander Hleb is reported to be available for £3m. Apparently the Rags and Fulham are the only clubs interested.

On face value you'd bite their hand off for Hleb at £3m!

But............presuming the story is accurate, I'd be concerned as to why he's being valued at so little and those are the interested partied??

Before Carew kicked him into the Witton, he absolutely bossed the show against us at Villa Park a couple of years ago.

In fact, his first half was one of the best halves I can remember seeing from an opposition player at our place in years.

I don’t think anybody really knows to be honest. There was that press report that O’Neill wanted those six players to go, including Young, but I don’t recall if there was any direct quotes and it wouldn’t surprise me if he, NRC and Davies are still here come September.

So. It looks like Milner is doing a Ba££y then. Sell him for as much as possible - I would say £20million plus Ireland althoug more realistically it will be £26million or £16million + ireland.
That Hleb valuation can't be right but if it is then we should buy him now; more realistically they will want 6-10 I would have thought. I would be keen up until about 7million.
