Today saw the first person to complete 1000 parkruns.  Twenty-odd years of Saturday morning commitment.  Amazing!

Yeah that's absolutely incredible. That's basically an average of about 47 parks runs a year, every year since he started! Which means he's pretty well never had an injury in that whole time as well. Amazing stuff.

I got to my 100th a couple of weeks ago, now got at least three years until the next big milestone of 250. How many are you on?

28k Peak District Trail “Half” Marathon done today. Plodded round in the heat but got it done. Beautiful views and scenery including Chatsworth House.

My mate did that. It looks absolutely bloody mental, you're all crazy.

Are you on any of these:

Congratulations on your milestone!  On Saturday I completed my 450th, so another year or so until my next T-shirt.  That will have taken fifteen years.  I cannot comprehend doing that all over again to get to a thousand!

Ha yes I am. I’m not going to link to it though as I look absolutely fucked. In my defence it was taken at the end of a 300m steep climb.

Tbf most of the pics are of the 50/100k mentalists looking all young and buff and happy….the bastards.
