Are they a bit more readily available now? Earlier this year you couldn't get any carbon plate trainers anywhere other than Ebay.

They really won't help you unless you start doing speed work & sprints, they're probably doing you more harm than good right now.
Thanks for the tips Jon, they've really helped. I found my old compression socks, so am using those again. I looked into warm ups, and am doing much more than before. I've ordered some tape off Amazon but it hasn't arrived. Went out last night, and got a new PB at 26:05. So pissed off as I was bang on for a sub 26 min, but had a 10 second delay for some sodding traffic! Next time, next time!
I can only give to my experience with the pair I've got. The heels on them are enormous, much bigger than any othe pair of trainers I've ever had. And they're extremely light and well cushioned.
