In fact just looking and i see Tamworth has a Birmingham postcode. If so many of our fans are from there then it's clear one Blues myth contradicts another like when they noticed on play off final day Birmingham was bursting full of happy Villa fans.

They are after a rise I suppose, it seems to get to at least you every time.

Its when you read it in  the usual lazy journalist pieces online before a derby or even in terrible books like that Rivals shite or even Collymores own book that it gets to me. A rival saying it is one thing but when neutral accounts (and I know Collymore is hardly neutral) try and claim it then it does get me a bit cross. I am currently reading The Game of Our Lives by David Goldblatt which is really a very good read and  does detail the origins of most top clubs fanbases, it gets ours spot on regarding our north Birmingham heartlands.

Colin Wanker was the early media favourite for the Small Heath job. Now the favourite for the post is Lee Bowyer. Say what you like about that club but they do really seem to know, accept and embrace their demographic.

Still getting that "Origin Error" business.

Edit: seems to work if you open in Incognito Mode, for some reason.

Don't tell everyone or they'll all want it.

Looks like Bellingham is off to Dortmund for 20m.  Some of that lot are saying it should be 30m-40m.  But considering he doesn't have to sign a professional contract in 7 days time he has done them a massive favour here.  Wonder how much of that will go straight back to the owners.

You know how there's always someone worse off than yourself?

Has the adverts been upped on Birmingham Press. Seems to be 5 words and then an advert all down that article.

They needed more revenue from adverts when they saw Dave's latest claim for 'expenses'  ;)
