and again we will become like them and froth at the mouth at the prospect of them going down but again stay up.  We have bigger fish to fry than a jumped up pub team

Fair play to them they made a much needed managerial change and it has worked out so far. I highly doubt they will go down but I also highly doubt they will be troubling the top half of the Championship next season.

"Flat feet. What with these feet"? That rules me out from limbo dancing and from being a practicing homosexual.  ;)

Is that a Spice Girls B-side track?

Saw a Redditch based truck today driving outside Gatwick and the inside of the cab was decked out with Bluenose flags and memorabilia.

Definition of memorabilia - "objects kept or collected because of their associations with memorable people or events".
What people ? What events ?

Just liquidate them both and be done with it. Reform as Corley Services FC.

On WM the other night they were asking ‘if you could see one goal again and again - which one would it be?’. I struggled to think of just one, I remembered occasions when I had gone wild, qualifying for cup finals etc, & I could remember a couple of amazing goals, but in my head I wanted something that put all of that together & couldn’t quite place it.

One of ours asked for the iconic commentary of Alan Hutton’s goal against them ‘He’s half way to Moseley...’ Yep - that was a good one, & I have to say that every time I see it I remember how it felt ‘Wide Alan! Wide! WIDE! Now NOW ALAN! FFS! Oh. SHOOT! ........OMG!’

I thought - I bet a nose will ring in with the Enckleman goal.......& at that exact moment ‘Olaf Mellberg’s throw in......’

Wasn't a great goal technically.

But Dalian's first against Man U at Wembley always sticks out for me.

They were expected to swat us aside easily on the way to their inevitable treble and we'd lost about four games on the bounce against muck opposition going into it.

Seemed to take an age to go in.

I'd place that above any goal against the Rags.

As sweet as Gabby's last minute winner and a few other goals have been over the years, we're generally expected to beat them. So we're on a hiding to nothing.
