Wonder if we are hoping the Colts move for Lamar Jackson. If they do they'll could cut players like:-

DeForest Buckner DT
Ryan Kelly C
Kenny Moore Slot Corner

All would be nice.

Thinking we go OT (Paris Johnson or Broderick Jones) and DLine with our first 2 picks, unless they really fancy Devon Witherspoon or Christian Gonzalez at CB.

Looks like Snyder has agreed to sell the WFT for $6b

https://www.espn.co.uk/nfl/story/_/id/36179625/sources-snyders-deal-sell-washington-commanders

Some going for Snyder, that he might be the most loathsome of all the NFL Owners.

I was speaking to a Washington fan about this earlier. He's hoping it goes ahead and coincides with a name change.

He's a stubborn old sod and refuses to call them the Commanders.

It is a shit name, I must say.

As an NFL looker in the 80’s when channel 4 picked it up Washington was always my team but for a team that has achieved nothing for years and has been embroiled in all sorts from the standard of owners, the name change and the sexual harassment stuff that is a hell of a financial package

I still have a Redskins starter jacket kind of thing that a student in Korea gave me when I finished a lecturing position there.

I remember asking her, 'why this team?' She pointed out that they were the English Premier League team I was always going on about.....

Panthers take Bryce Young and Texans take CJ Stroud.

Pre-draft chatter was that Stroud might drop considerably further.

Panthers taking a risk on Young being able to avoid getting splattered.
If he can continue to avoid rushers, he’ll be fun to watch.

I’d read that he finish pretty low in some cognitive test and that people thought he had character issues, whatever that means

Liked Bears 1st Round Pick. Wasn't mad on our picks on Day 2. Then loved our picks on day 3.

Lions made some odd picks.

Thought the Cowboys reached a lot too.

Yes

Really?  Most pundits rate the 49ers draft as one of the worst.

I like Ji'Ayir Brown. Sounds like a poor man's Jaquan Brisker and he's ace.

Bit high for a Kicker, but he was the best rated one by far.

Latu should be a solid TE.

Recognise some of the other names, but not too much about them.

What do they know, really?? Lynch and Shanahan have their heads screwed on.

Get Lance fit and back in and it'll be a good season.

JJ Watt and his wife to invest in Burnley. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/65451579

As Kealia enthused, "We went to Burnley, we visited the town and we just fell in love. It's such an incredible place."
