Can’t beat a 68 yard Field Goal attempt that turns into a 109 yard kick return TD

Ties for the longest play in NFL history.

Was an enjoyable break from watching the Bears' "offense".

And then Justin "Malcolm" Tucker kicks the longest field goal in history on the same day to beat the Loyuns.

It's bound to all fall apart again soon, but the Raiders have at least made a promising start to the season, albeit with no real run game to speak of.

So Red River showdown was some game, insane.

The Falcons made hard work of seeing off a woeful Jets outfit in London yesterday.

Even recognizing that he's not on a great team, Zach Wilson looked bang average for such a high draft pick.
As mentioned in this NYP article, he even managed to throw a pass into the back of a team mate :)
https://nypost.com/2021/10/10/zach-wilson-regresses-as-jets-offense-has-confidence-issue/

For Atlanta Matt Ryan (who I first saw play live 15 years ago for Boston College) was excellent.
Wide Receiver Kyle Pitts looks like a real prospect.

It was really only a couple of Falcons fumbles that kept the game close.

I watched some of that game. Defensive coaches might have a busy week

All over the place at times. Quite how these two fare in the SEC is anyone’s guess. Though if Saturday is anything to go by I’m going with badly.

If I'm being petty, I'd say that Pitts is a TE, not WR. Granted, he probably doesn't do much blocking.

Yep, me any my mate had that discussion in the stadium yesterday. He's a hybrid TE/WR

Was the ticketing situation alright, UKRS, or do I need to allow extra time for queueing?

I arrived at white hart lane station at 1418, and made it into the stadium for 1425. I only missed kick off because I chose to queue for a pint (well two pints, I wasn't going to wait twice). Top tip, the bars on the lower levels have much lower queues than the upper ones

We arrived at the stadium at about 13:15. Minimal queues at our entrance.

Due to my luddite mate not having a smartphone, I had to arrange for printable tickets. Bit of a pain getting Ticketmaster to issue them for Game 1, but they've emailed the Game 2 tickets without any chasing.

Where is your seat ?
