That long shot by Cash was like watching something from a shit game like FIFA on the PlayStation.

Embarrassing.

That Eze is a million miles ahead of anything we have in midfield.

Kamara must be wondering what on earth he has done to play in such a shit lineup.

The club spent an entire summer being smug about what they had done in its first week, and now we'll blow seventy odd million on three panic signings in the last fortnight hoping it'll all make sense.

That's a 1/10 performance from Konsa today, remarkably poor. Why is he still on the pitch?

Because the manager keeps fucking up.

Once again we have the wrong man in charge. Far too long now Villa have been in the duldrums and cant seem to hack it in the top flight. Gerrard needs to sort this out as it is a shambles. A better man in the dugout would get this squad playing better. We cant keep recruiting up and coming, left field or plain out of depth managers. We need a full blooded top flight utter ruthless bastard who can get the team riled up to go out and win. Gerrard for Liverpool? He wishes judging by this. The media can blow smoke up his arse all they like, Gerrard is a step sideways from what we had.

Because it's yet another 1/10 performance by the manager.

Gerrard can fuck off now. He can't get a tune out of a decent bunch of players. Lost the plot.

What on earth has happened to our defence? We are shockingly bad. Relegation could be a real threat. And we are the 4th highest spenders in the league. SG has got to turn this round quickly or he will be gone. If we're still struggling by the time the world cup break comes they might decide to use the time to replace him.

Gerrard will be gone well ahead of the World Cup. If I had my way he'd be gone before News at Ten.

Loving this "continuous improvement" that Villa are delivering.

If I had my way he would be left outside Selhurst Park.  How much more damage do we let him do?

Like all really bad managers Gerrard has the twin faults of 1. having favourites and 2. playing them.

It's surely though got to be a tactical it mindset thing. Once team was announced there was a vague universal acceptance of correctness. The subsequent performance was shit, so what's the problem...

We’ll soon see how serious we are as a club. Act now before it’s too late. I sat there at Rennes watching a terrible game and put it down to it being a friendly and now I know it wasn’t a 1 off. The way we surrender has relegation written all over it.

I hate feeling this but I can’t see Gerrard lasting the season. Utterly unacceptable performances.
I can't see Gerrard lasting until the end of September. I didn't particularly want him last November and I really don't want him now.

Same here
