Buendia wasn't dropped. He was unavailable for the Chelsea game and has been unable to reclaim his starting place yet due to the performance of others.

He dosen't really look like scoring currently and front 3 of say Bailey-Watkins-Traore would be very exciting to watch and potential nightmare for defences.

The Everton game showed that Targett was willing to get forward and put the effort in but it's just not his game to be the main attacking outlet on that side, he needs a player in front of him to open up the space for him to be effective.

Baileys out superb. More dean smith waffle. I thought he be back after international window? It really frustrates me how they always down play the injuries
Bailey pulling his quad scoring is one of the great football injuries, like Dave Beasant dropping a salad cream bottle on his foot or Alex Stepney dislocating his jaw shouting at his defence.
