There will be times where we're playing someone at home and they play a low press against us and it will be interesting to see who we pick and the shape we use in those circumstances. Could play Coutinho deeper with Bailey/Buendia and a striker ahead of them.

I really don't see why this guy isn't tried in the 8 role that we now appear to be crying out for. That goal v Burnley at home and his general attributes indicate he'd be perfect to me.

I'd play him in Coutinho's spot at the moment, with Sanson in for McGinn and Luiz in for Ramsey.

Fully agree.

The 4-2-3-1 that has been mentioned a few times on here might be good for us

                              Martinez

Cashu           Chambers        Mings            Digne

                        Sanson     Kamara

                Anyone     Buendia         Bailey

                               Archer

Nah, Coutinho at home to Everton sounds like a winner to me.

Would go with:

Martinez

Cash
Mings (c)
Carlos
Digne

Kamara
Iroegbunam

Bailey
Buendia
Coutinho

New 40 goal a season centre-forward

I like Nelly’s side, looks decent with the players we have.

I like CD's team - if we don't get a new striker by  the weekend play Archer in that team - Everton's lumpy CB won't know what to do without a traditional CF to mark.

exactly what I would do and start Archer up front.

I don't think we have £250m going spare at the moment.

If we act sharpish we can pip Man U to the signing of Marko Arnautovic.

Yeah, absolutely. He puts so much work in and actually looks for the ball. He is a must start next week, love his attitude.

It’s little things like sprinting into space when others jog that make him so likeable.

What are the words to his song?

Emi made such a difference today. We seemed to go from knocking it back across the back four to zipping triangles on their box with Digne and Ramsay.
