I thought he was pretty good in the second half of both Man City & Leicester. He work rate is exceptional, he's looking better on the ball, essentially scored a goal and had created some great chances. I think people calling him shit are more influenced by preconceptions than what is happening on the pitch. He's coming good now that he's getting more game time and I'm confident there's more to come.
Coutinho is the role model for a diminutive offensive midfielder.Buendia does not seem to have that ability to get away from contact with the opposition.

When it comes to diminutive offensive midfielders, Robert Hopkins is still the benchmark.

He deliberately draws contact, but then can’t withstand the pressure and gets dispossessed. This approach should be easy enough to fix through some good coaching.
Has he calmed down on the eye-rolling and gesturing to the bench about how hard life is for him on the pitch cos teammates aren't doing what he wants?Hate seeing that shit.
