I realised I stopped liking shirts when they started making them out of plastic.

Current fashion is to strip back club badges back to very minimal designs. Spurs being a good example.A rampant lion, with “The Villa” underneath. Better than just AVFC.
I've never liked that motto.

I have not and will not buy a Shirt with the current badge on , it is horrendous. Adidas shirt with the 80s crest would be a huge hit with the fans and would be a bit of a statement .Would sell thousands of them and the Village would not be able to cope with the Demand
