I see some pundits are already calling the Villa v Sheffield United game next week 'The Hawkeye derby'.

I hadn't seen this

Not on my Radar

Is "Hotlips" going to start in Midfield for this one?

I'm happy with the win and Ollie opening his account in the cup Jack was superb and what a goal so pleased Davis scored took his goal well.

That’s how I feel after this match, as well. Thanks for posting the goals, Legion.

Condolences to TOBB.

I would like to add my condolonces TOBB, try to remember the positive and carry that memory with you like a torch...

Lovely from Jack, nice goal hangers for Watkins and a calm finish from Keinan.  All in all a decent run out against a decent Burton side.  Better than I expected after the 1st 10 mins.

My biggest bug bear was the players that first instinct is a backwards pass, Taylor, Elmo, Lansbury for example.

It slows our play down hugely, I find it so frustrating.

On the flip side the young chap making his debut in the middle, he always looked for the ball and instinctively turned and ran/passed forward, big hopes for him.

I wasn't amused with Jack playing the quarterback role at times either. If he'd moved to a top 6 club there's no way they'd let him do what the hell he wants. We lose all shape and purpose. Let's just hope it was due to the weakened team selection and the supposedly poor opposition.

Ashley Young in his last season or so used be at the same craic, limiting his effectiveness. In Jack's defence, neither Nakamba or particularly Lansbury seemed to have any interest in getting the ball off the back so in some respects what was he supposed to do. But not a habit Id like to see him repeating.
