Yes, I think that was his second (senior) appearance

The token minutes, in my opinion, add value if he is sold in the summer.
I predict that playing a few minutes creates the idea that he is a player ready for the Premier League, and if sold to a championship team, or promoted Prem team the fee has already increased due to each time he plays in the Premier League, regardless of how brief an appearance it may be.

I can't see how a thirty-second appearance adds to KKH's value.

Not to sure about that Footie. Could be a double edged sword.

Any potential buyer would do their homework and note Unai only had confidence in putting him on with 30 seconds to go. Replacing a player (returning from injury) who had played 210 minutes in the last 3 days.

Probably just a token gesture and a reward for training hard.

I think Emery puts a lot of value into being part of the matchday squad, don't forget there have been times where we had empty spots on the bench and/or 2 keepers. I don't think the lack of minutes for Tim and KKH means anything al lthat much beyond it being the end of the season and we're still active in 2 competitions that we have high goals for, so he's a little reluctant to throw kids in to a high pressure environment.

Emery definitely sets the bar high on academy players. Even getting a spot on the bench is high reward with how he values first team minutes.
