Villa will beat Manchester United in the league at Villa Park.

Let's have a look at Legion's lottery ticket again.

Legion you in the draw for the big Euromilions tomorrow then?

Not very often I get something right! Even a stopped clock ...

There are a fair few predictions on here that are neither unlikely or off the wall. I think in part it's due to the fact that no one wants to go really off the wall in case it comes back to haunt them.  On that basis I think there should be an agreement that anything in this thread stays in this thread.

For predictions:
Leicester will struggle and be firmly in the bottom half, maybe even in the relegation battle.
Liverpool will fall back a bit but still make the top 4.
Nunez will struggle to settle in and look out of place until at least after the world cup.
Chuk will sign a new contract with us in a few weeks and will be a regular off the bench over the season.
Kamara will be considered our best player by the end of the season and we'll have a summer of him being linked with moves for big money next year.
We'll be in the mix for Europe, mostly because of a good run of results iearly on gets disrupted by the world cup and we never quite get back to the same level.
Great foresight on Leicester in particular

Been waiting for the end of the season on this but I'm pretty happy with them. Got us back to front on the world cup and wrong on chuk but pretty good otherwise.

Strange, I actually thought Chuk went to Chelsea as soon as last season finished so was thinking it was off the wall prediction that we'd get him back!

Surprised it took until August for him to go.

Oh sure. Sorry I went early but wanted to acknowledge that Leicester one!
Very good all round!

Dougie scores from a free kick, Coutinho belts one in from outside the area, and Flint5tone posts something positive about the squad / transfer window / Purslow.

I really hope I'm in the position to do so

It happend Free kick goal achieved!!
And We're in 7th position so literally can do so Flinty!

Next season, Spuds (without Kane) will be the new Leicester. Relegation fodder.

They are crap.

Some really good ones. One Villa player did indeed get a World Cup medal. We did indeed start playing attractive football. Steeeeeeevieeeeee G was indeed gone by Christmas.

In February 23 I'm making these forecasts.

1. Beat Man City away 12th February
2. Beat Brighton final day of the season.
3. We will finish 7

4. Leon Bailey will be top scorer
5. Douglas Luiz will be top assist maker

It seems appropriate to write this somewhere.
I wrote this on February 3rd, and I really hope it still applies today. However, the greater picture doesn't depend on me getting things correct and excuse the self indulgence.

I simply wanted to mention something since I sometimes misinterpret the diverse interpretations of posters on this topic as I try to understand that some of the posts here are more humorous offerings. As they are in other threads.

Realising that it's not always the case, people are looking for accuracy, like I do, when predicting events that are thought to be unlikely.

Sorry about that. I do think every conception was wonderful on this topic!
Now I'll leave you beauties of H and V for the season. I enjoyed posting and reading on a lot of topics on the main board. It's trying to understand how people think when discussing and debating.
I'm all getting excited about Villa and the end of term feel today and the holiday.

And I'll be on break and no posts later since there will be too many things happening for me, and some people give the impression I'm ruining their enjoyment of H and V, so that will be good for them too (even though it's disappointing as it's just a case of different thinking).

Thanks to all for a great forum season!
May God be with you.
And yes, whoever you view as God is open to interpretation.
I know it's understood as McGrath in football circles!

Up the Villa!

Hope Bailey scores 10 and finishes the season as top scorer as well! ;)

Worryingly Footy none of you predictions have come to be. Even Dougie is joint top with Ollie and JJ for assists but there is still hope....
