I can't use my head currently as it is tending to the negative so I'll let my heart rule.
1-2
Jack and Samagoal to score.

Christ knows anymore. We just can’t defend so I know they’ll score. 2-2.

Was listening to the claret and blue podcast earlier and they were saying how we concede on average two goals per game. That’s a mad stat. But I think we’ll beat Southampton, so going with 2-3 scoreline. Now watch us lose 1-0...

That is a fairly depressing stat to be honest!

We’ll play How we play, we’ll either outplay them for a lot of the game, e.g. Burnley away, Watford at home, spurs for for first 30, or we won’t turn up, e.g. Bournemouth, Brighton first halves, or most probable a combination of both.

Southampton like any of the teams hovering round mid table have been on shocking runs, then good runs, but remain inconsistent and for me are beatable. Ings is still scoring so worry about him against our lot, but we should give their defence problems. And when’s the last time we got a few down there, must be a few years back?

Against the odds and any sense of logic 1-3 villa (grealish, Samar’s, el ghazi)

Might as well replicate the pre match thread for the Bournemouth match - same result I’m afraid.

Nobody’s learning anything. Another weekend ruined.
