To be honest I shit myself every time the ball comes in our half never mind the box.

So do I. Why the fuck do I like football?

Architects of our own downfall again. Draw was a deserved result, really played well in large chunks of the game. 3 centre backs all have errors in them which are costing us. Trezeguet needs a talking to for being a greedy shit also. Thought Luiz was superb and Samatta very promising.

I dont think Ive felt such a collective deflation on leaving VP for a long long time. It did feel like the type of game that relegated teams would lose.

For 25 minutes we played as well as we have all season and should of been 3 up, but our habit of conceeding sloopy goals came back to haunt us.

Its a hard one to take, we absolutely have to win next week.

Didn’t deserve that.

I'm sorry but we absolutely did. We didn't take our chances. We gifted them lots and lots before the winner. Reina stood on his fucking head all game to deny them. We were beaten for being precisely who and what we are and have been all season long.

Reina was amazing today.. and he let up 3 goals. That says a lot.

We are cursed.

We're not cursed. We're just not very good at all.

Think we will probably go down, mainly because of our ability to shoot ourselves in both feet with sickening regularity and our inability to use the full extent of our financial muscle thanks to FFP.

Consolations?  Jack will set a new British transfer record by a mile and that, together with the parachute payments should mean we can assemble a serious Premier League squad which will stroll the Championship.

We needed another Heaton-type signing at centre half and defensive mid.  Two proven performers at this level.  By all means experiment with some of the other positions if the budget or wage bill is tight.

Get the centre half pairing right in any league and you are halfway there. We've never looked solid there all season and are too easy to play through.

We need to score about three or four goals to win a match.

Smiths approach to the season has been shit. The openness of our game, all 90+ minutes, week in week out. Really poor stuff. Really naive stuff.

We’ve needed them since August.

It's gonna be a case of other teams being shifter than us, rather than us doing the job ourselves.

The Samatta/Baston substitution had me scratching my head a little. Thought Elmo could’ve done a job.. idk.

Thought the back three did so much better today without 'Billy big bollocks' Mings.

Makes baffling selections (who in their right mind picks up and then repeatedly picks a player who is clearly nowhere near fit and then gives him a relegation fight to get fit).

Game management is non existent.

‘Tactics’ seem to consist of conceding midfield most matches.

Doesn’t make glaringly obvious substitutions until far too late.

Nice bloke, but I fear the Wembley trip is going to mask what has been an inept showing from the manager since day one.
