Watford Home
« on: January 13, 2020, 09:56:23 PM »
My 7 year old lad is coming to the end of a 3 year run of chemo for leukemia.  The villa (with the help of a very lovely family with another little boy in a similar boat) has offered him the amazing chance to be a mascot at the game next week.  Has anybody else had a kid as a mascot and what should we expect ?

Rigadon that is lovely. I hope that your lad has a wonderful day and more importantly good health in the future. 2 of my family have been mascots and they were well looked after and had a memorable time. Make sure that you get some photos.

Much well wishing for his big night too. Would be lovely if it was memorable for the right on the pitch reasons also, but either way to lead out our boys, what a joy. Enjoy!
