How is it that I pay over £800 on season tickets for myself and 2 sons and yet can't get one extra ticket for liverpool at home, yet if I had spent £35 on a claret membership I could have easily got one?

Sounds like one for the FCG.

I definitely think it's worthwhile, maybe season ticket holders should get Claret membership as part of their package.

That's a good idea.

Claret Membership is for people who for whatever reason, it isn't viable to get a season ticket but still go to games regularly. Why should a season ticket holder get priority over these fans to get an extra ticket for someone who probably just wants to see Liverpool play

I get that purchasing a season ticket is a big commitment, but you do already get benefits from this, priority away tickets, access to bars, etc

Yeah I get that and I applaud anyone who commits to the club in some way either through a season ticket or Claret membership, I just think that the selling dates should have been the same for Claret members and season tickets holders additional tickets. I fully understand the concept of Claret membership although it's interesting that none of the lesser games like Brighton or Burnley sell out at this early stage and tend to go to general sale.

It makes sense ST holders can't buy extra tickets before claret members can buy theirs, i'm surprised anyone thinks they should.

Season ticket holders already have their own seats for home games.

Any additional tickets they want to buy are for casual supporters, not for season ticket holders.

Those people who season ticket holders want to buy tickets for have the same chance as every one else to ‘pay £35’ & commit to the club get the first chance at tickets after season ticket holders who already have THEIR OWN seats.

Your friends and family who want tickets on your coat tails have not committed to the club. It isn’t difficult for them to do this if they want to - but they just want to hang off your season ticket - why should they? What gives them priority over claret members?

I think people have a misconception about the Claret membership, they think that people only buy it to be able to get a Wembley ticket or a game like Liverpool and go once or twice a season, I don’t for one minute think that there isn’t people like that, but I would suggest you that most do go quite regular to warrant paying £35 a season when most of the time tickets would go to booking history or general sale and you wouldn’t need to spend that money. I would love to be able to warrant getting a season ticket, but I live 130 miles away and can’t make the midweek games or some of the kick off times moved for tv, but still generally get to at least 10 home games a season, so I don’t get why someone who only wants to go to a big game and not put any commitment to the club get the same privileges as a paid up member

I'm a claret member & have brought a ticket for every home game so far.
Why should someone who has possibly not been to a game at all & possibly even be an away fan be able to get a ticket just because they know a season ticket holder ?

I have bought 3 season tickets for myself & family and completely agree.
