Well there's a sobering thought the morning after.

If you put our opening 3 fixtures into context, I would say most ppl would have had us down for either 3 or 4 points:

Spurs: L
Bournemouth: W
Everton: D or L

It’s fair to say that with 3pts on the board, “we’re there or there abouts” where we should be.

Free hit on Sunday too given Fulham got nothing out of Arsenal last year.

I can see us scoring down there - they're shaky at the back - and with our rock solid centre halves you just never know...

I do kind of keep getting a little sort of feeling that we may win on Sunday.  Don't rush out and bet your house on it just yet, but it's a warm sort of feeling and I definitely haven't wet myself ( I checked ).

I've collected some stats from a few sites and put them in a spreadsheet - Interestingly (or not) Fulham had 11.9 shots per game and average of 49.2% possession which on the face of it are not that bad. They also scored well from open play but only scored 5 from set pieces where most other teams were into double figures. Their away form was terrible, so we'll need to keep an eye on that..
