It’s a rule change like a lot of rule changes that I wasn’t aware of. Another rule change or, it appears to be a rule change is foul throws. Has there been a change or is it at the discretion of the officials?
When (and why) did they change the rule that the ref was part of the field of play, and so if the ball hit them it was tough luck?
