Questions remain around his doctorate, his source of wealth, his actual wealth and the success of his non-footballing business

I'm just sorry that Walter Mitty failed in his 5 year plan for Villa. Good riddance.

On his first day I saw his suit and knew he wasn’t legit. Looked liked he’d borrowed off his long armed mate

In fairness, Our first look at the current billionaires they weren't exactly dripping in Armani and style.

However they are undoubtedly absolutely minted. Thank fuck.

In 15 years time someone will suggest a minutes applause in the 8th minute for the man and business that almost saw the most famous football club in the world out of business. “Well he wasn’t so bad was he?”

Good riddence.

Shit chancer with no clue as to what he was doing. He took us to the brink, he can fuck right off and carry on some after that. Disgrace.

He strikes me as someone who might return to English football and have another crack at a club lower down the pyramid and leave them in an even worse state than he did with us.

I never trusted Xia from Day 1.  No transparency, questionable 'facts', and ridiculous statements of intent.  But he did OK for a while and like others I warmed to him a bit.  But I have no doubt we are in better hands now.  A silver lining to the playoff defeat, if that's possible.

Bizarrely I read that as 'Shit dancer with no clue as to what he was doing.'

What do you want them to say though? They're not going to come out and say he's under pressure, no club does that and if they came out and backed him, it would just be seen as the dreaded vote of confidence. They'll act when they decide it's time.

Hopefully they'll have something to say Friday night if we get beaten or fail to win.
It's more depressing than anything to go into a game where I (and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone) am half hoping we get beat to put that final nail in...a step back to get further forward. It's because I love my club that I/we think that way...not because I should never hope Villa lose being a Villa fan.
I'm one of the "less intelligent" one's that Bruce refers to....we knew that what few victories & draws we gained just papered over the ever increasing cracks. We know we're never going to go on a massive winning streak and we also know that he's never going to, well actually can't change.
I sit here just thinking, surely the new owners can see this....
