He's 50 now, and the post you've quoted is over 11 years old! And it was 4 years before that that he signed for Cheltenham.

I'd have said the Butland one was far worse. That said, Nyland always had a rick in him. Wasn't he the keeper that Steve Bruce had been scouting for about five years before signing him?
