What running apps do people use? For the last few years I've used Runtastic, now Adidas Running since being taken over, and it always did what I wanted. Now though, the voice coach has stopped working, so it doesn't tell me the pace of each 1k for example. I found this really useful for improving my times, but now without it, I'd have to look at my phone at the right time which is pretty much guess work. Does Strava offer this facility?

I love my Nike carbon plate pair, has made a huge difference to my running.
I'm now routinely doing sub 27 min 5Ks, which I'm quite pleased about. I want to go faster but my shins and knees start to hurt when I do.. Should I persevere, or just be happy with what I'm doing and not risk injury?
