I'd like an Eagles-Bengals Super Bowl. Sorry Axl.

Haha. No problem mate! I know you just want a team in green to be there!

One of my best mates in the world is an Eagles fan. I absolutely wouldn't begrudge him the win, especially as he's just had serious surgery, but they've won it in recent times, so I'm hoping it's our turn for now :)

I was just thinking that the 49ers win it all the time and realised it is nearly 30 years since they last did. Makes me feel old.

You'd have to feel confident if it was a 49ers Bengals Super Bowl Axl

It's definitely been a while, Meanwood! I was 11 or 12 the last time they won it, and defeat to the Chiefs a few years ago was a particularly difficult one to take. It was a huge chance to win, and I hope Shanahan has learnt from his conservative shitness in that game if we get there again. Can't really knock the bloke, though

AD, yes, would much prefer the Bengals if we were to get to the SB, but we owe the Chiefs big time. They battered us earlier on in the season, also.

But the Eagles are going absolutely nowhere against the SF defense. SF will keep it tight till halftime, Purdy will be back in the 2nd and they will win quite comfortably I think.

Yeah, i remember them too as winning it all the time and never looking troubled, back in the 90s. Like Man Utd.

Definitely that, but I've also stopped over in Philly quite a bit and the Holiday Inn at the airport has a shuttle bus to a local Irish bar so I've caught a few Eagles games there over the years. Good people and diehard Eagles fans.

They were well disciplined for 75% of the first half, then just fell apart at the end.
