I hope they only have champions league level pundits and ex players who have played in the competition.

I would also like to see more non English pundits like they do during the international tournaments.

Also /and relevant pundits attributed to the club

I know he's not popular on here, but I think Murphy is a pretty decent pundit and as miserable as he looks he usually gives credit where it's due.  Obviously, some researcher had come up with the angle that there are a few ex Man City academy players in the PL and he trotted it out, but I wouldn't really expect a pundit to have detained knowledge of a players youth career.  It's a throwaway comment really.

Which Murphy have you watched? His problem, the same with others of his time is the bias towards the top 4-6 and his / BBC's reliance on playing for Liverpool so that means he knows more about football then others.
Think Danny Murphy just hates Aston Villa and any praise is done through gritted teeth
I disagree.  In my view he's pretty balanced with whoever he's talking about.  Appreciate his manner isn't for everyone though.
Have you listened to him on talksport? earlier in the season he couldn't give us the credit we deserved and basically wrote us a off, it's only recently he give us praise, fortunately we had Simon Jordan in our corner

Somebody probably needs to wheel out the clip of Jenas after we beat Spurs away in the autumn. Basically dismissed us completely and said Spurs would finish above us all day long. They are all entitled to an opinion obviously, but the comments were so obviously tinged with Spurs bias from a former player. It wasn’t so much the way he tipped Spurs (fair enough) but he was completely dismissive of us, when at that stage there was already almost 12 months evidence of Emery’s Aston Villa to prove we are the real deal.

Great news, it'll give Tim a chance to moan about our position in the MOTD running order, midweek as well as at weekends.

Cannot believe they showed the Bodo Glimst match before ours.

Didn't do their GD as much damage as it looked like at half time, shame.

We have 3 games to go and we gained one more point on Spurs and one more goal on our goal difference. It's now in our own hands.I'll take that.
