Yet, MON, Tim Sherwood, John Gregory and Dean Smith have all got us closer to winning silverware than Unai, i.e they all got us to a final.Something i hope will change very soon.
MO'N gets plenty of stick on here, some of it deserved.One thing that occurred to me in the run-up to the Arsenal game was that it was under O'Neill that we overcame our phobias of playing the big clubs.Yes, we had a few defeats, including a couple of hidings, but we had some cracking wins in there as well.Now, competing with the top clubs seems only right, because we ARE a top club ourselves.
