Upgrading tickets
« on: December 29, 2025, 04:17:24 PM »
At the start of the season, you were able to upgrade a ticket from a concession to a regular adult ticket on the app and website.

Just tried it for Forest and it now doesn't work - any ideas anyone?!?

I have messaged them, they have told me to phone them.

Just seen a message saying the ticket office is open on Friday too, due to the ticket chaos.
