Actually looks like a more effective Ramsey there.

Get him in.

Where are we getting the latitude to spend that amount of money?

Watkins to Newcastle? Rogers to Chelsea?

In many ways I am glad we aren't involved in the current circus, Newcastle and Spurs could come  cropper financially and feel our pain in the next couple of years.
if they drop out of the CL their going to have some making up financially to do. It seems it’s CL or bust for a group of clubs, including us.

The thing that is screwing us is how much we spend relative to how much we make. We were, until recently, shovelling pretty much every pound that we made back out in wages. Last year Spurs had the lowest ratio in the league, they made over £500m and spent about two-fifths of that on wages.

Our problems are not the same as their problems.
