Leicester 3 Villa 2.  The beginning of the beginning of the end.

Watched this one in the pub.

Couldn't believe the lack of subs when our midfield was struggling at 2-0 up.

Couldn't believe the arm-twirling 'signals' from the bench either.

Could believe him blaming everything on the furrins, though, the proto-Brexit twat.

A sliding doors game for sure, but the actual moment within this game when it all went to shit was when Tactics Tim brought a forward on at 65 mins when we were 2-0 up.  In fact the whole disaterclass of our substitutions that day is laid bare in the BBC live blog https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/football/33838830

Absolutely.

It was clear from the way the game was going that we were struggling to contain their midfield. We needed to get a forward off to bring on someone to crowd out the middle and negate Leicester's possession.

Instead, what happened was as you have described.
