40,698 -The Times, which is about 2,000 fewer than ‘sold out’ would suggest; unless the Ajax fans were not allocated every seat possible?
I will check with the attendances website as well as the BBC, when they publish it.

Louzie0 the bbc has the attendance as 30,210 ( https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68558544 ) - not sure how correct that is though!

I think the 30,210 figure, also on the attendances website is clearly wrong.
