I re-set your notification settings, as l couldn't see any other issues.
By the way, did you know you have around 8K topics on Notification going back to 2008

Hi Martin, since the Server Move, whenever I go into a new page, I'm getting a blank screen at the bottom of the page and have to click onto a X to clear it.

In  >Profile  >Notifications  there are two boxes that have drop down options, l have just changed these for you, see how it goes, then you can change them again to suit.
