Season ticket holder trying to buy extra tickets

Can anyone advise: When season ticket holders are able to purchase extra tickets (such as of 5pm today for the Watford game) does every extra ticket have to be assigned? I am trying to buy one for my son, which is okay as he is a claret member and I can assign it but I also want one for my daughter in law. I have two tickets in my basket but can't complete the purchase as it says I have exceeded limitations.

I think your daughter in law has to have a client reference too mate.
