eTicket procedure
« on: May 04, 2019, 06:28:02 PM »
Thanks to the generosity of Nick Fryer, I have been sent a .pdf ticket for tomorrow. Does this need to be printed out or will I be able to scan it via my mobile assuming I do not drop or lose it in the interim.

Your best best is print it off, fold and scan the QR code in the turnstile scanner. Apparently it also works from a mobile phone if it fits in the scanner but better safe than sorry for the price of sheet of A4 and some ink. If printing from a MacBook, you’ll need to use Adobe as printing from Preview doesn’t print the QR code.

Print it. I've tried using a mobile and the scanners just don't work.

Odd, I've been using my phone for the last season or so, I've never had a problem.

The only time it's not worked for me was down to a hitch on my part; I'd not got my screen brightness turned up sufficiently.
