Jaws Cropley.
One of my favourite players, immense in defense and a great eye for a pass.
There were quite a few disagreements about that tackle at Witton station and on the trains back to town.

I am reasonably certain Deehan was a frequent replacement for Andy Gray for a while (injuries and post-transfer) so reckon he didn't leave until around 1979-80.

Funnily enough, I can't recall too many of Deehan's goals after the 1976-77 season.

Deehan's final game for us was Sept 15th 1979.
