We had the corner terrace because the football special from New St broke down en route and when we got to the ground just before halftime they wouldn't let us in our seats.
The jog from Wadsley Bridge station was funny though, I don't think the policeman with his movie camera was expecting that..

Remember that well think we was 2-0 down when we got in. Also remember the special stopping a few miles out for a few minutes and some fans getting of the train running to some floodlights in the distance which unfortunately for the them was don valley stadium.

One of the best ever away days, will never forget getting in the ground at 2-0 down watching Cyrille bundle one in 5 mins later and the rest is a raucous never to be forgotten comeback. The blokes who jumped off the train running towards the Don Valley stadium did make it to the game and from recollection arrived just after Dalians equaliser.  That jog to the ground from the stadium was hilarious, half the SYP coppers were so unfit they left it to the mounted boys.
