Sad day for Aston Villa football club and an indicator to the future (cue: Christmas Carol) - 17,000 Villa fans only in the crowd.

Next year we will have the likes of MK Dons, Wigan and Rotherham visiting.  If we are not up to the metal as far  as performances we could see a big dip in attendances.
