It's sad to admit this, but I actually felt more gutted at Leicester's last minute defeat than at this utterly predictable charade today. I've had all the care trampled out of me by the feckless charlatan Randy Lerner's Aston Villa. What a shithouse.

Seems irrelevant, but more crap on Talkshite.

"Tim Sherwood and Ray Wilkins were good decent English people.  They wouldn't have stood for this".

I have no idea what being English has to do with it.

6 one under Sherwood at Southampton was just as bad

Sherwood on MOTD2 tonight

1 fit striker, & the option is Sinclair now he's crocked.  The crank who called WM about Hollis coming in to wind the finances down to Championship level was proably right in hindsight.

Who said that?

Michael Gray.

The comms on Talksport were quite good I thought but that was a stupid comment given some of the inept displays under Sherwood.

This is typical of this lot over the last five years. Supporting them is like being repeatedly kicked in the balls. You get a momentary stoppage from it like last week and you stupidly think 'maybe it's finally going to stop'.

Then they kick you twice.

This.

I think your putting your face on an angle-grinder analogy feels about right just now.  Liverpool fans make up by far the biggest contingent of football fans on the IOM, seeing as half the population is scouse, so I'm in for some "bants" tomorrow.  Deep joy.

I know TalkShite like to think they're radical but didn't know they'd exhumed Enoch Powell.  Utter bobbins.

And Randy Lerner is doing the kicking.

Dennis Mortimer on WM just said he doesn't blame anyone, not the board, not the manager but the players should take a look at themselves then said we should get rid of Garde.

Garde I would say with a decent squad may well be a decent manager, however the emphasis has been on "cheap" and sell of assets, and I know there are other factors but Benteke, the snake  and failure to tie Cleverley up has attributed to where we are today.

I can not see  the cheap imports as the way forward.  What we will need in what I call Division 2 is blood and guts.  At the moment with the squad  at hand we will be heading  for Division 3 and not back to the  top.

The defeat at Southampton was not significant in my eyes as just before the cup final.  Sherwood though did start to
lose it,  but you are sometimes only as good as you are allowed to be.

I believe that there are probably more savvy managers than  Garde when it comes to the English  league  and  we definitely will need one of those taking this forward.  I do feel sorry for Mr Garde  its not your fault.
