Frustrating as fuck really, pick the right team from the start and we could have got something,Gil made a big difference and Ayew looks a player , something we all know but our departed chancer and Kevin Mac apparently couldn't see.
Hope Remi gets some luck and keeps us up but I feel sorry for him as he has a right mess to clear up.
Clear all the old guard out players and coaches and start from scratch, if he keeps us up he will have done brilliant but major surgery is required.
I have a feeling we might see some kids promoted to the first team squad and what harm could that do ?

The fans ringing in to 5 Live are hardly inspiring.

We don't need to pick kids, we've already got good players not being played - Ayew and Gil tonight couldn't have shown that any better. I hope Garde took note.
Gabby needs to go.
Lescott is past it.

Midfield is our big weakness - and as many on here have said - I'd like to see Sanchez, Gana, Veretout with Gil being free to create - preferably with Grealish....or Ayew if necessary.
Gestede doesn't seem to be up to it...Kozak deserves a chance.

Trust in Remi....his selection on Sunday will be interesting.

And pretty clear they've not seen us play very often.
"what do Villa need to do to improve?"
"Try harder and get a manager who gives them a kick up the backside!"  The depth of analysis is stunning.
I'm old but most of those phoning in seem to be fu*king fossils!

Well that's it then. Kmac believes that was the best team available to him. If thats the level of his judgement he needs to be removed from the coaching staff. Incompetent at best. Footballing dinosaur at worst. I hope Remi Garde is given carte blanch to go through the backroom staff from top to bottom and remove the deadwood that is clearly dragging our great club down. Good luck Remi.
