What are peoples thoughts on him?

I used to think he was a clown but I watched his Pre Utd Game Video and he actually knows his stuff.

He was co commentator on the game last night, I like how it's all "we" and "us" when he talks about the Villa. Comes across as intelligent and knowing his stuff, not the best voice for commentary though, based purely on that one game.
