Sack Lambert or get relegated. Simple as.

Sadly I think it too late whether we sack him or not. The squad is not good enough - mentally or technically. Depressing times.

Disagree about 'technically', they're easily sufficiently proficient to be nowhere near the arse end of the table. Mentally, that's a different matter. Anybody with even the tiniest amount of professional pride would find this demoralising. Can somebody pick them up? I hope so, and soon.
