If it hasn't sold out, they went on general sale a couple of weeks ago. Just checked the site and it isn't listed as sold out.

There are still tickets left.

Does anyone have any travel advise regarding trains? I am traveling from Southampton for this one and am looking at £108+, anyone better than I am at getting train tickets?

You sir, are a trooper.... that is a return train journey of 11 hours!!!!  Try:https://www.splitticketing.com/ - It's still just under £100.00 and you have to get the 17.14 train from Burnley otherwise it's the journey from hell.

Journey from hell turns into journey from hell.

Serious suggestion, if it's easier or cheaper to get to Manchester, there is a regular bus to Burnley that takes about an hour and 15 minutes that I used last time we played there

Cheers for the help, first away day this season and I am moronic enough to decide on Burnley.

Splitticketing doesn't work for me as I genuinely din't want to risk missing the 17:15 and preferably need to get the 18:15. Checked trains to Manchester and it isn't that much cheaper.

I think I will just take the hit, see my bank manager and pay the £116, thanks for the advise. By the way, who do I blame for these train fares? Is it Labour, The Tories or pesky UKIP?

It might be a daft question but have you tried flight times?

Ads- just out if interest, why did you post that there were only 20 tickets left last week?
