Cup Scheme
« on: August 18, 2014, 09:46:35 AM »
Just a heads up to people who renewed their Season Tickets over the phone and verbally signed up for the Cup Scheme.

Although I was told at the time that I would be put in the scheme, I have not.

Good job that I phoned up to check.

If anyone else signed up in the same way, it might be worth calling the TO.

I don't know why there doesn't appear to be an online way of doing this. Seems stupid that you can renew online but have to contact the Club by snail mail to go in the Cup Scheme. No doubt means they won't have put me in it. Mind you for the last 2 years they have forgotten to set it up even when I have filled in the paperwork.

Just had my Cup tickets come through.

My lad is 11 - so his season ticket is classed as Under 18.

His cup ticket has come through at £12 - full price for the Holte - when any other Under 16 can walk up and buy one for £5.

Makes no sense at all. If there are others on here in the same circumstances - I would check what you have had debited from your account.

(Just rang the ticket office and, to be fair, they are going to refund the difference - but if I hadn't of checked I doubt they would have approached me).
