I had a meeting with some of the team about producing a digital, interactive tablet edition of the programme but they just weren't interested (this was in August 2011). The lack of knowledge on the subject was highlighted when they asked what's the difference between an iPad and a Kindle!

I can see where your coming from.  But for me it would be a big no!  Football Programmes are part of the tradition of going to a match.  I'm 28, so for people of my age-group I'm probably in the minority but I have hundreds of programmes. And buying one is still part of the match day experience.  Having a digital version would just spoil it.  Saying that, you are talking to somebody who buys Vinyl.

Times are changing and a digital version of the matchday programme seems a no brainer.

Gents, thank you very much for organising this. As someone who does not live in the UK and who had not taken up the international subscription, this is a very welcome addition. I shall certainly be downloading all the issues now.

Added the app last night and subscribed for the year. I felt dirty handing over money to Dave and Mac whilst in my bed.
