1/4 billion pound breakdown

I've heard the 250 million pound investment figure thrown around a fair bit. Has anybody worked this out roughly?

Does it include the original purchase price?

The latest accounts to the end of May 2012 are due next month, but as at 31 May 2011, there was £128m in as share capital, and £114m worth of debt (£102m of which was put in by Lerner).  That will have got worse since then.  Accumulated losses were a not inconsiderable £147m.
