Lewis Kinsella (www.twitter.com/Lewis_kinsella) has tweeted saying Milner 'isn't good enough for Man City' because he 'just runs around'. Also believes Sinclair is better then him! His opinion of course but I can't help but think views like this are common amongst young players who don't value traits like work-rate and giving your all for the team.

Is he anything to do with Mark Kinsella? Think he still lives in the area.

I think anyone associated with AVFC should shut the f*ck up when it comes to publicly criticising England internationals - especially ones that gave everything when playing for the Villa - or laughing at other Premier League club's cup woes.

Chris Herd annoyed me the other day on twitter - kept plugging some supplements company the day after Bradford at home. Something like "everyone check these guys out there (sic) all I use when I'm playing and training".

I replied "Chris, to be honest that's not much of an endorsement lately..."
